Cleanout volume is hard to estimate because it depends heavily on how much is in the space. Here is a reasonable starting guide:

• 12 yard: Shed cleanout or one room of furniture removal. Good for a detached storage building or a single cluttered room. Holds approximately the equivalent of 4-5 pickup truck loads.
• 15 yard: Garage or basement cleanout, or two rooms of furniture removal. Holds approximately 5-6 pickup truck loads.

Organizational Tips to Work Faster
